Postnatal programme of 6 sessions to help new mothers to get back into shape physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Postnatal Yoga classes are suitable for all new mothers, including those who have given birth by caesarean section. Classes can be attended from six weeks after giving birth - 10 is the mother had a C-section. The classes are designed to nurture you as a new mum and provide a safe environment for you to heal and repair your body. Babies - aged 6 weeks to 10 months - are welcome.
All equipment provided. No prior experience needed
Flo is a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher registered with Yoga Alliance International US & Yoga Alliance Professionals UK - RYT-500. She completed advanced teacher training and specialized in postnatal yoga, yoga for baby, and yoga for children & Teens.
Flo also obtained certification in Yoga for depression and Yoga for anxiety at CPD level and completed a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training (TCTSY}.
She has an enhanced DBS clearance, a First Aid Certificate and insurance.
