Angel.london

angel.london (the trading name of Angel BID Ltd) manages the Angel Business Improvement District (BID), an area encompassing 47 streets and over 550 businesses in the Angel, Islington.  

The BID is voted for every five years by businesses within the BID boundary, who subsequently pay an additional amount on their business rates to fund the activities of the organisation. In October 2021, businesses within the BID area voted overwhelmingly for angel.london to continue into its fourth term running from April 2022 to March 2027.

angel.london is passionate about making the Angel a place that attracts business, encourages inward investment and delivers economic growth. The BID funds summer planting and hanging baskets, Christmas lights across the town centre, provides recycling and collection services to businesses and manages events and activities. 

angel.london is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and has a Board of Directors made up of members of the local business community, Council representatives and resident associations.
