  • Awareness raising- continuously updating residents,local business as well as young people about Coronavirus and other health issues such as drugs, smoking

  • Routine visits to finsbury Park to monitor social gatherings and social distancing

Older people support during the Coronavirus outbreak

  • Have whatsapp for daily communication and updating
  • Can call us if there is a need for that
  • Updating about Coronavirus and advice on current issues and to stay at home
  • Talk to small businesses, self-employed etc about support they need and provide updated information

Advice and information - our numbers are given to clients and also displayed at the Centre to call us if it necessary

Usual Service

We provide Information and advice on benefits, housing and welfare rights and can provide interpreters for hospitals and GPs. We also have drop-in sessions for advice on other issues, as well as a project for older people, and a project for people affected by domestic violence. We run a mother tongue supplementary school at Montem Primary School and provide educational support for older children.

We provide advice and information, run employment sessions, run elderly project, education for young people and sports and we do also support with CV, job search, interview techniques, completing employment forms
