Every Saturday at 10:30am I run a vinyasa flow yoga class in Highbury Fields. I also add weekday sessions (weather permitting). Classes are just £8 and group sizes are small in order to maintain safe social distancing.
Vinyasa flow is a fluid moving physical practice designed to harmonise breath and movement. The practice yields many benefits such as flexibility, increased strength, spacial awareness, concentration, a calmed nervous system and so much more.
I have been teaching yoga for 5 years and practicing for 15. I am a dedicated yogi and bring a lot of the depth of this ancient practice into my teaching.
