Drop-in to our 30 station gym and enjoy a workout. We have a wide range of equipment including fixed and free weights, plus running, stepping and cycling machines. The gym is supervised by instructors who are on hand to help you with technique and also planning workouts.
From 4-5pm every Wednesday, the gym is only open to young women.
We have regular group stretching, circuit sessions and pad work training.
You will be given a gym induction as part of your first visit.
