In It Together - free workshops for aspiring young creatives to improve mental health and wellbeing
In It Together is a series of virtual workshops led by professional facilitators that allows young people to use their voice and what matters to them to aid their mental health and wellbeing by exploring the arts. Aimed at 16-21 year olds, the workshops will be held via zoom, each specialising in a different creative skill that will allow participants to work towards and be the pilot of a final creative project. Ultimately, the sessions provide a free, safe space, allowing young people to come together to connect, get creative and process the impact of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
Sessions will include: spoken word; photography; creative writing; dance and movement; physical theatre; drama and improvisation; creativity for everyday wellbeing; insights into working in the arts industry
