A mums and babies postnatal fitness class which is suitable for mums once they've had their 6 week check upwards. This focuses on:
- Restoring pelvic floor and core function
- Feeling more confident in your body
- Rebuilding strength where you need it
- Meeting new mums
- Doing something for you
It's the first step to getting moving again with confidence.
About me: I'm a mum to three boys and also a pre and postnatal personal trainer. I specialise in helping mums move better, reduce their risk of injury and get back to the exercise they were doing before they were pregnant. I have experience working with prolapse and weak pelvic floor, diastasis recti, lower back pain and often work closely with local women's health physios.
