There are lots of ‘alternative’ Bootcamp exercise options for you to choose from, or to be recommended to you by your instructor. You can exercise, at your own pace (and still be suitably challenged, so that you get fitter and healthier) in classes adaptable for all fitness levels from absolute beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts.
Feel completely comfortable and supported. Our Bootcamp Classes are designed in such a way that no one is ‘left behind'.
Nordic Walking Classes are great whole body enhanced walking workouts, originating from Cross Country Skiing in Finland, using specially designed poles/sticks! Suitable for all fitness levels; enjoy the great outdoors and improved health & fitness of body & mind.
