Personal Alarms for the Elderly - Taking Care
Taking Care provide accredited telecare services and personal alarms for the elderly, with 24/7 support and services available at the touch of an alarm button. Taking Care have provided personal alarm services for over 30 years to help customers live independently in their own homes.
With 97% of alarm calls answered with 60 seconds, you can be confident of support when you require it. Should the user suffer a fall or require assistance, they simply press the button on the pendant alarm or wristband and are quickly connected to the telecare response centre.
Trained staff will speak to the user over the alarm's loudspeaker and assess the situation. They can then offer advice or contact a keyholder or the emergency services if require.
The personal alarms for the elderly are available as a monthly subscription, without complicated requirements or long-term commitment.
