How to refer or apply

If you are interested in the service you can make a self-referral. You can do this yourself or with the support of a family member, friend or a professional - like a Teacher or Social Worker.

We also take referrals from other services in the Borough for example: The Community Access Project and Centre 404

Then we will arrange a time to meet you and record some of your details. This help us meet your needs and goals.
