Excellent care is a registered Home Care service for vulnerable people who need care and support in their own homes with daily home care including personal care; companionship; social and domestic; holiday care; medicine administration; waking or sleep in night support, and specialist support like Alzheimer’s and Dementia care in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
Excellent Health Care provides Home Care service for men and women between the ages of 18 to 65 and over, regardless of their sex, race, creed, gender or sexual orientation.

Excellent Healthcare is based on personal experiences and commitments of the management team, who have vast and varied experiences of managing and seeing service delivery to the vulnerable people in society. This has given us a personal and profound insight into the lives of people who need support and care.

We will always give you opportunities to give us your valuable feedback and suggestions to improve our services. We would like to and give you opportunities to run the service delivery with us, be involved in the service you are receiving. These opportunities may be in the form of staff recruitment, introducing changes in the service, arranging forums to voice opinions or indeed arranging social get together.
