Islington iCOPE (psychological therapies service)
iCOPE are providing a tailored response to those affected by COVID-19, which includes:
- Everyone who self-refers to Islington iCOPE will now get a call back within 48 hrs, offering practical and emotional support and guidance, to discuss coping skills and to help you to decide whether you would like further support.
- In addition to their usual psychological treatment for common mental health problems, iCOPE are offering up to 3 sessions of therapeutic support for those who are bereaved and are finding it difficult to cope during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- They are running specialist online webinars for anxiety and low mood during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Usual Service
iCope offer psychological therapies to adults aged 18+ who are experiencing depression and anxiety disorders including low mood, stress, worry, panic attacks and insomnia.
iCope offers a range of psychological interventions including one-to-one therapy, online therapy programmes, groups including the Feeling Good Group and Sleep group, as well as workshops on stress and relaxation, assertiveness, emotional eating, perfectionism and getting active.
The service is free and confidential. You can self-refer via the iCope website or request a referral from your GP or other healthcare professional. You must be registered with an Islington GP in order to use the service.
