Islington Mind

We aim to improve the quality of all Islington residents who experience mental distress or are concerned about friends or relatives experiencing mental distress. We strive to achieve this by the provision of a variety of services, for example, day centre, in-patient advocacy project, employment and training service, advice and information service crisis and long term counselling.

Islington Mind's Enablement Service offers Islington residents with mental health problems, or a history of mental health problems, personalised time-based (8 weeks) support to enable them to maintain or achieve independent living. See website for further details.

Mind Islington is no longer running the Crisis Line. The service is provided by Camden and Islington Foundation Trust: 020 3317 6777.

Opening times/date
The Mind Hub: Drop in, Tuesday, Thursday, 12-4pm (lunch at 1pm), appointments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Mind Empower: Drop in, Monday and Friday, 9.30am to 3.30pm (lunch at 12pm). Mind is no longer running the Crisis Line but the service is based at 18 Highbury Grove and includes a crisis night centre, 8pm to 6.15am and a crisis phone line between 5pm and 6.15am.
