Coronavirus update:

Healthy Generations is running the following schedule of online activity to help you keep fit:


Every Tuesday 12.30pm-1.30pm - Balance and movement practice with Jessica (Free).

Every Friday 2.00pm - 3.00pm - Chair Yoga with Jessica (£3)

Pilates with Alice. You can sign up via this link and then click "Login/Register" and it will take you though the process.

Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm 

Send an email to or a text to 0757 978 5053 and he will send back the URL they can copy and paste into their browser of choice. Worth mentioning that even after you've pasted it and can see yourself n the screen you still have to click "Join meeting".

Healthy Generations

  • Keeping vulnerable people fit, healthy, involved in their community and out of hospital.
  • Reducing Isolation is proven to increase health.

Healthy Generations is our flagship project run in partnership with day centres, community centres, sheltered housing projects, NHS, libraries, local government and residential care homes.

We do regular work with Forest Healthcare, Family Mosaic, Peabody Trust, Jewish Care, Notting Hill Housing, Islington Council, Isledon MHC, NHS, Hyde Housing. . .and Age UK, Cripplegate Foundation, IPF, Ventry Care, Islington Stroke Club, Care UK, St. Lukes Community Centre, Islington Libraries, and Hill Homes.

What We Do

We run projects reducing isolation for vulnerable people. Helping people stay healthy, independent and fully involved in their communty

Computer Class, Islington Pensioner's Forum - Every Wednesday - 3.00pm-4.00pm

Sort problems: laptops, smartphones and tablets and stop fraud. Presented by Healthy Generations and Islington Pensioner's Forum, 1A Providence Place, Providence Court, N1 0RN. Free. Ring 0798 114 2376 for more info.


Computer Class, Hilldrop Community Centre - Every Friday - 4.00pm-5.00pm

Sort problems: laptops, smartphones and tablets and stop fraud. Presented by Healthy Generations and Hilldrop Community Centre, Community Lane, Hilldrop Road, London N7 0JE. £2.00 donation. Ring 0798 114 2376 for more info.
