Locality Navigator Service - Age UK Islington
Age UK Islington provides support to anyone aged 16+, with a long term health condition or multiple and complex needs who is registered with an Islington GP.
We work with people to help them to decide what sorts of services and input would be best placed to help them. We meet with people in our offices, at GP surgeries and other community locations.
Weekly appointments with an advisor are bookable. We can help with form filling. Independent organisations offer appointments on tax, legal and will related matters.
