North Islington Rehabilitation and Recovery Team

Provide high quality mental health care to people with psychotic illnesses and it's goal is to support recovery, to promote mental and physical wellbeing and optimise independence and social inclusion.

The team works together to provide a psychiatric review, prescribe medication and provide an assessment for your social care needs.  it also monitors your physical health, have walking groups which you might like to join, provide smoking cessation support  and are able to link in with other agencies if necessary.

Who is the service for? For those diagnosed with with a psychotic disorder including bipolar.
