Talk for Health

Coronavirus Update:

Talk for Health deliver therapeutic talking therapy courses, enabling and empowering Islington residents who have mental health concerns with the skills to engage in peer-led therapeutic talking therapy groups, and create their own sustainable peer support networks.

All current and future Talk for Health Cafés, Chair & Share groups, Tasters and Talk for Health programmes are now running online and can be accessed using a computer, laptop, smartphone, ordinary mobile phone or landline. Usual Service: 

FREE training in communication skills and ongoing peer-led groups for improved wellbeing. Talk for Health teaches the foundations for productive and meaningful conversations. With the support of T4H you can also learn to facilitate your own group and create a support network in your own community.
