Coronavirus update:

Light Project Pro International is running a foodbank for local residents on the Bemerton and Barnsbury estates. You do not need to register beforehand, just turn up.

When? Wednesdays 10:30-12:30pm – bring your own bag.

Usual Service:

Light Project International is an educational charity which runs a wide range of projects for people of all ages. Its aim is to improve the educational opportunities of local communities. It provides a Saturday homework club for children from a range of communities (mostly living in Islington) who require extra help with subjects such as English, French, Maths, Information Technology and other curriculum subjects.

It also provides trips for children during the school holidays, a youth club, football sessions, information meetings for parents seeking to understand the British education system, Esol classes and conference events on subjects such as health, domestic violence, and drugs and alcohol.

Light Project International also provides maths and jobsearch courses for unemployed young people, aged 16 plus.
