Children Looked After Health Service
Children Looked After Health Team aims to promote the health of Children Looked After/Young People in line with the requirements of statutes and regulations, in order to ensure that children are happily placed, thrive and achieve their potential. The team provides statutory health assessments, flexible outreach visits and health interventions to monitor health needs and offer support and advice for children and young people and their carers They also provide support, advice and training for carers, social workers and other agencies.
