How to refer or apply

Schools/Early Years Settings request a referral form from the service which must be returned with supporting medical evidence of a visual or hearing impairment. Once we are are in receipt of the completed referral form we will set up an initial assessment and advisory visit. Referrals are also made from Health Services in which the school will then be informed. If a baby is referred the parents will be contacted in order to arrange a home visit if required. How will you support my child?

We also run four incredible extended school clubs. All of which are inclusive, fun and safe at Richard Cloudesley. We have a core base of well trained staff.  During term time we run our Thursday after school club which is open to secondary aged students with multiple physical and learning needs and Saturday sports club is open to children of any ability over the age of 5.  Our Easter holiday play schemes are great fun with lots of activities to keep all young people busy.
