Pilates Central is just off Upper Street and Essex Road in the heart of London in Islington, N1, five minutes from Angel tube – but also within easy reach of King’s Cross, Clerkenwell, The Barbican and the City of London.
We are within a couple of miles of Holloway, Highbury, Camden, Kentish Town, Bloomsbury, Holborn, Shoreditch, Old Street, Moorgate and Farringdon.
We are also easily accessible from anywhere in North London or Central London.

- You do not have to pay any joining fee, nor any monthly or yearly membership fee. Payment is strictly as-you-go. You can pay for sessions either one at a time or in blocks of either 10, 30 or 50. Private sessions are also available.
