Finsbury Park Animal Hospital (formally Harmsworth Memorial animal Hospital)
Important update 06 September 2022
The RSPCA has made the decision to stop providing low-cost public veterinary care at four sites, including Finsbury Park Animal Hospital. This is to allow the RSPCA to focus its expert veterinary services on treating more animals rescued from cruelty and neglect.
PDSA, the UK vet charity for pets in need, plans to take ownership and run Finsbury Park Animal Hospital in North London from 14 November 2022. They will continue to provide excellent care to the pets registered there, as well as, RSPCA rescued animals.
PDSA plans to change the name to 'Finsbury Park PDSA Pet Hospital.
RSPCA-registered eligible clients will continue to be able to access free and low-cost vet care here.
Until PDSA runs the hospital, the RSPCA Finsbury Park Animal Hospital will continue to deliver RSPCA veterinary services to clients. Clients have been contacted with further details. If you are already a registered client at Finsbury Park Animal Hospital, no action is required.
PDSA and RSPCA aim to keep any disruption to services to a minimum and ensure an emergency service continues to be available at all times during the transition.
If you have any questions regarding the change of veterinary services at the hospital from RSPCA to PDSA, please get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note the RSPCA Hospitals and Clinic have updated the Terms and Conditions, with effect from 6 September 2022.
