FREE Health and Wellbeing Activities for Everyone!

Join the Active Spaces community to improve your health, wellbeing and connect with others. 

Pilates - From 05 July

In person at Mildmay Community Centre, Woodville Road N16 8NA

Improve strength, stamina and energy. For better health, wellbeing and relaxation. Please wear loose clothing, bring your own mat and pen. If you need help with this just let us know.

Total Body Workout

In person at Bronte House Multi Use Games Area, Mayville Estate, N16 8LG

Work at your own pace on a range of full body exercises with advice from a qualified fitness instructor. Improve your strength, co-ordination and energy with this fun and motivational session.

No experience necessary. All fitness levels welcome!

Family Fit - From 05 July

In person at Andover Community Centre, N7 7RY

Fun multi sports session for parents/carers and their children. Improve co-ordination and fitness as a family. Children 4+ years must be accompanied by an adult. Suitable for all fitness levels, come and join the fun!
