Join the Active Spaces community to improve your health, wellbeing and connect with others. 

Pilates For All - Face to Face

In person at Mildmay Community Centre, Woodville Rd, Mayville Estate, N16 8NA

Join this varied weekly session to improve muscle strength, flexibility, balance and tone. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, with adaptable exercises for all. Come along and give it a try.

Work at your own pace on a range of full body exercises with advice from a qualified fitness instructor. Improve your strength, co-ordination and energy with this fun and motivational session.

No experience necessary. All fitness levels welcome!
