Scarabeus Aerial Theatre is an Islington-based, small and dynamic professional theatre company which has pioneered the creation of outdoor site responsive aerial performance. Integral to our work is an extensive programme of high quality participatory activities for disadvantaged young people, children and families, often working in outdoor settings, aiming to improve their lives.  We have a reputation for excellence in creating effective and valuable engagement work in schools, supporting children's development by nurturing their creativity and enriching the school curriculum, raising attainment, improving health and wellbeing, improving self-confidence and strengthening family relationships.
