Disability swimming sessions for the community, Ironmonger Row Baths, Old Street

Friday evening 7-8pm

Would you like to swim in a supportive environment and get to meet people?

We are looking for disabled people around the Old Street area to join our dynamic, upbeat, safe and inclusive club that brings people of the community together through swimming.

Swim by yourself or get help from one of our friendly volunteers who can reintroduce you to the pool and help you swim. Maybe you want to practice your phyio exercises or get a bit more active. Come along to a session and meet the team.

The unique properties of water make swimming perfect for people of all ages to exercise, particularly those with injuries, impairments or long term health conditions.
