Hillside Clubhouse

The Mental Health Working Islington employment support offer continues.

The service supports people into work, training and volunteering as well as providing wellbeing supports to those seeking work and volunteering and is well connected to other services for connecting into other supports where needed. While the focus of the service is about work (and there are new opportunities in both work and volunteering as a result of Covid19) by directly engaging with those people who might otherwise be doing nothing and becoming more anxious and at risk of becoming unwell the service can engage them positively and at the same time for those engaged pick up on any wellbeing needs at an early stage.

At this time they are also encouraging clients to take part in online learning, online career and self development and are providing practical supports to those engaged.
